What kind of fruit is that

Clearly a true fruit-dog. Common misconception holds that fruit-dogs only grow on the ends of long branches, but the truth is that good healthy fruit-dogs typically grow closer to the trunks of the trees, where the branches are thicker, to support the full wight of the fruit-dogs as they blossom.
